Feeling inspired by the beautiful Autumn foliage?
Head out on a nature walk with the kids and collect a variety of leaves and grasses with interesting textures. Once back in the studio, attach these specimens to the end of sticks securely with rubber bands. Then let the process art begin! We used shades of green paint and long strips of brown paper for students to experiment upon freely. The end result was a beautiful mess of patterns, lines and splatters – perfect for use as wrapping paper perhaps?
