Powerder Paints in cosmetic plastic jars
Let it rain….
Materials:
- Powder paints
- Spray water bottle
- Spoons
- Cartridge paper
- Rain
- Place your paper on the ground (spray with water if the rain is only light to stick the paper to the ground). Sprinkle powder paint all over, then wait for the rain to do its job!
